Since 2005, Elisa Viola has been owner of the restaurant Casa Da Carlo, known today as Trattoria La Terrazza Casa Da Carlo. Born into a family of restaurateurs from the shores of the Mediterranean, Elisa, with her Latin temperament, her exceptional skills and her great consideration for people, has everything needed to make the restaurant a coveted place. While maintaining the authentic Italian culinary traditions, Casa Da Carlo has been completely transformed. The chef brings ingenuity to the kitchen to create rich and diversified recipes, and most importantly, ensure that the dishes are priced affordably. This is also true for the wine list.
